1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or our official communication channels. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the departure date:
For Tour Packages:
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Full refund, minus applicable service charges.
Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
For Hotel and Flight Bookings:
Refund policies for hotels and flights are subject to the respective service providers’ terms and conditions. Cancellation fees may vary.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where Easy Way Holidays Pvt Ltd. needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be provided:
A full refund of the amount paid.
An alternative travel arrangement of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Any service charges, non-refundable deposits, or third-party fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and bookings may be non-refundable. These include:
Special discounted packages.
Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase.
Add-ons or optional services confirmed after the initial booking.
5. Modifications and Amendments
Changes to bookings (such as rescheduling or modifications) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If the requested modification is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds are not provided for cancellations caused by events beyond the control of Easy Way Holidays Pvt Ltd., such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. Customers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for such scenarios.
