Terms and Conditions


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Easy Way Holidays Pvt Ltd. (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) to its customers (“you” or “traveler”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. 



2. Booking Terms

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A deposit or full payment (as specified) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.


2.2 Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain services/bookings, including but not limited to airfare, hotel bookings, or special packages, may be non-refundable. This will be communicated at the time of booking.


3. Booking Confirmation

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the necessary details, including your itinerary and invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid 7-days prior to the departure date unless otherwise specified.


4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes requested by you, including rescheduling, will be subject to availability and additional charges if applicable.
Changes requested less than 15 days before departure may not be accommodated.
Significant changes initiated by the Company will be communicated promptly, and you will have the option to accept, request an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.


5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Making

Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other payment gateways as specified by Easy Way Holidays.
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Full payment must be received before the trip commencement date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in the cancellation of bookings or additional charges as per the company policy.
Easy Way Holidays reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received in full.

5.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are quoted in [currency] and exclude any taxes unless specified otherwise.
Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates.

5.4 Payment Deadlines

Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
In case of such cancellation, applicable cancellation charges will be levied as per our cancellation policy.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or another official channel.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total cost.
15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.


6.2 Cancellation by the Company

In the rare event we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the Christmas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

6.3 Wildlife Safaris cancellation:

All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Travel Documents

Travelers must possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, as required.
The Company will assist with visa application processes if agreed upon but cannot guarantee visa approvals.
Failure to secure travel documents is not the responsibility of the Company, and cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled as a result.


8. Responsibilities and Liabilities

8.1 Company Liability

Easy Way Holidays Pvt Ltd. acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, etc.). While we strive to provide the best services, we are not liable for:
Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Acts of God, natural disasters, political disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances.


8.2 Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for adhering to local laws, respecting cultural practices, and ensuring their safety during the trip.
Any loss or damage caused by the traveler to property or service providers must be compensated by the traveler.


9. Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen events.


10. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room arrangements) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to fulfill these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.


11. Health and Safety

Travelers must inform the Company of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions that could affect their travel plans.
The Company reserves the right to decline or terminate bookings if a traveler is deemed unfit for the trip.


12. Use of Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos/videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably.
If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ground Floor, A 2, Sharma Complex, Gali Number - 3, Guru Nanak Pura, Opposite V3S Mall Parking, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092.


14. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our official website and communicated as necessary.
